Notes: Use as is with Regina F/I. Cars with Bosch F/I may require sensor bushing #1378869 & sensor hole fill plug #1274052. The Metal tank is an upgraded model w/additional special "Patented Sensor Locking mechanism. T. mechanism eliminates t.possiblity of t.'push-in' sensor fm flying off, causing damage to t.engine. The Heavy Duty is top of line premium w/rugged All Metal construction & additional special "Patented Sensor Locking" Mechanism. All of the Volvo radiators offered by WORLDPAC are designed to withstand system pressures much higher than the 150kPa that is the maximum specified by Volvo. However, defective pressure caps or hose blockages can cause the pressure to exceed the radiator's designed limit, leading to damage of the radiator or the engine. ALWAYS check the rest of the cooling system for problems before assuming the job is complete. WORLDPAC recommends the installation of a NEW pressure cap whenever a radiator is being replaced.
