What happened to APW Dollars?
Do to a number of your requests we have decided to lower free UPS Ground shipping from $75.00 to $50.00. Because of this change, we have removed the APW dollars since we are now passing an additional $25.00 savings to every customer on every order over $50.00!

Can I order by phone?
You can place an order by phone by calling 1-866-270-7730. Hours of business are Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM EST.

Can I cancel an open order?
You can request to cancel an order by calling 1-866-270-7730. Please note that most orders are shipped the same day with in 15 min of the order being placed, so cancelling your order may be difficult. If your unable to cancel an order in time, you may wish to request a return according to our returns procedure.

How do I check the status of an order?
You can check the status of an order in the My Account section. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so. The "My Account" page will display your orders with the most recent orders first.

Where does Auto Parts World, Inc. ship?
Auto Parts World, Inc. currently only ships within the United States. We may start shipping internationally; however that decision has still not been made.

Does Auto Parts World, Inc. warranty items sold?
Yes. Auto Parts World, Inc. warranties all new parts sold according to the manufacturer's respective warranty. In most cases this is a standard one year warranty.

Will Auto Parts World, Inc. accept liability for installation of incorrect or defective parts?
No, we are not responsible for any labor costs associated with installing an incorrect or defective part. Parts should be inspected once received to insure that the correct part has been received.

What is a core charge?
You will notice that some items have an associated core charge. Many automotive parts have materials in them that can be used for remanufactured parts. To encourage the return of the original part, the manufacturer issues a core charge that is included in the selling price. If all the core return criteria are met, the core charge will be credited back to the customer. You must request a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number first to return a core. Once you have submitted your RMA request, we will email you upon approval with return instructions included. All cores must have been purchased from Auto Parts World, Inc. within the last 60 days and must be returned in the original carton that contained your new part. All fluids must be drained from the core and must be complete, assembled, and able to be rebuilt. Cores missing parts, broken housing, or damaged by abuse, fire, water or fire will not be accepted for return. Fuel distributors and control units, disassembled or tampered with are unacceptable for return. Critical core items (i.e. Cylinder heads, turbo chargers) may require manufacturer acceptance prior to credit being issued. Click here to request a core return.
