    What are APW Dollars?
    With every purchase from Auto Parts World, Inc. you receive credit based on your order total. The credit (APW Dollars) amount is displayed at the end of the order process. You can apply the credit automatically on your next purchase by signing in to the account you used on your previous purchase using your email and password. If you have APW Dollars available, the amount is shown in the top right corner of the site in green after sign-in. Begin earning APW Dollars with your first order today!

    Where does Auto Parts World, Inc. ship?
    Auto Parts World, Inc. normally ships within the United States. If you have a specific request to have an order shipped internationally, please contact us at customerservice@autopartsworld.com or call 1-843-341-9091.

    Can I order by phone?
    You can place an order by phone by calling 1-866-270-7730. Hours of business are Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM EST.

    Can I cancel an open order?
    You can request to cancel an order by emailing us at customerservice@autopartsworld.com or by calling 1-866-270-7730. Please note that most orders are shipped the same day, so cancelling your order may be difficult. If you unable to cancel an order in time, you may wish to request a return according to our returns procedure.

    How do I check the status of an order?
    You can check the status of an order in the Order Tracking section of "Customer Support". If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so. The "Orders" page will display your orders with the most recent orders first. Click the "Order Status & Tracking" action of an order to view the order status. You will see the order status accompanied by "Order Date", "Earliest Expected Ship Date", "Latest Expected Ship Date", and "Tracking Information" (if the order has shipped). When ordering more than one part, there is a possibility that parts will ship from different fulfillment locations at different dates which will result in multiple shipments.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
 
    Does Auto Parts World, Inc. warranty items sold?
    Yes. Auto Parts World, Inc. warranties all new parts sold according to the manufacturer's respective warranty. In most cases this is a standard one year warranty.

    Will Auto Parts World, Inc. accept liability for installation of incorrect or defective parts?
    No, we are not responsible for any labor costs associated with installing an incorrect or defective part. Parts should be inspected once received to insure that the correct part has been received.

    Can I return merchandise purchased from Auto Parts World, Inc.?
    Auto Parts World, Inc. offers a full refund less shipping expenses for all merchandise purchased within 30 days of purchase date. Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, fire, or weather will not be accepted for return. Items installed on a vehicle will not be accepted for return. To request a merchandise return, you must first request a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number from Auto Parts World, Inc.. Once you have requested a RMA, we will review your request. If your request meets all the return policy criteria, we will issue a RMA by email with instructions regarding the return. Click here to request a return.

    What is a core charge?
    You will notice that some items have an associated core charge. Many automotive parts have materials in them that can be used for remanufactured parts. To encourage the return of the original part, the manufacturer issues a core charge that is included in the selling price. If all the core return criteria are met, the core charge will be credited back to the customer. You must request a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number first to return a core. Once you have submitted your RMA request, we will email you upon approval with return instructions included. All cores must have been purchased from Auto Parts World, Inc. within the last 60 days and must be returned in the original carton that contained your new part. All fluids must be drained from the core and must be complete, assembled, and able to be rebuilt. Cores missing parts, broken housing, or damaged by abuse, fire, water or fire will not be accepted for return. Fuel distributors and control units, disassembled or tampered with are unacceptable for return. Critical core items (i.e. Cylinder heads, turbo chargers) may require manufacturer acceptance prior to credit being issued. Click here to request a core return.
