Boy was Murphy's Law present when one journalist took a Smart Car for a test drive recently. The timing and location of the stall couldn't have been worse for the electric Smart Car. While one editor was driving the Smart car through the streets of London it quickly and unexpectedly stalled in front of the Department of Business which is one of the Government sponsors of the green car revolution.
