GM's Global VP of Design Edward T. Welburn

 

At the tender young age of 11, Edward T. Welburn new what he wanted to do so he penned a letter. He wrote GM and asked how do I get a job in your company, and what courses do I need to take. Clearly Edward got good advice, as he was GM's first African American designer, he is now GM's Global VP of Design, and he's an Automotive Hall of Fame Award winner.
